About the Event
Your weekly yoga practice has returned! Join us every Wednesday for this one hour class based off the traditional Vinyasa flow style. Each class will teach you to reconnect the body and mind through guided sequences focusing on deep breathing techniques and proper alignment. Whether you are a beginner or well versed, this class will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the rest of your week. It is a judgement free environment, open to all who wish to incorporate yoga into their life. There is a suggested donation of $10-$20, though no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
